This release delivers a fully hosted, turnkey cloud solution for SORBA.ai services, eliminating the need for customers to manage infrastructure and ensuring secure, reliable synchronization between edge devices (SDEs) and the SORBA Cloud. SORBA Cloud 10.5.0 empowers Plant Managers and OT Teams with real-time edge data and eliminates the complexities of cloud management.

3. Simplified Connection Setup
   • Easy Credentials Management: Streamline the device onboarding process with simplified credential creation and management.
     1. In SORBA Cloud, create your new device (Tree Nodes Instances > Add Device).
     2. Export Credentials from the Device Sync Management section (download .key config file).
     3. On your Edge Device, navigate to Sync Management > Import Credentials and upload the file.
     4. The system will automatically log out/log in to apply new tenant settings.
4. Bidirectional Synchronization Control
   • Cloud → Edge Synchronization: Push firmware updates and configuration changes from the cloud to edge devices, ensuring consistency across your distributed infrastructure.
     1. Go to Sync Management in SORBA Cloud.
     2. Select target device(s) and choose the "Cloud to Edge" synchronization direction.
     3. Compare Differences to preview changes (e.g., new nodes, node value mismatches).
     4. Click "Sync Now" to initiate immediate synchronization or schedule for a later time.
   • Edge → Cloud Synchronization: Pull sensor data, logs, and other critical data from edge devices to the cloud for centralized analysis and reporting.
     1. In Sync Management, select the "Edge to Cloud" synchronization direction.
     2. Review the data delta (e.g., unsynchronized sensor readings) to ensure data integrity.
     3. Trigger synchronization manually or set a recurring schedule (e.g., every day at 10:00 AM).
5. Real-Time Monitoring Dashboard
   • Comprehensive Visibility: Gain a centralized view of your entire edge infrastructure with real-time monitoring and status updates.
   • Sync Devices Widget: Lists all connected devices, displaying their synchronization status, last synchronization time, synchronization direction, and success/failure indicators.

       • View its synchronization history.
       • Retry failed synchronizations.
